SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We have partnered with USPS, UPS, and DHL to deliver the best shipping services. You only pay our agreed discounted rates so that we can provide you with your favorite Skyscrapers & Trees items reliably and efficiently.  Instead of inflating all our prices and offering “Free Shipping”, we believe in providing the most competitive pricing for every Skyscrapers & Trees product. All domestic shipping rates reflect USPS doorstep delivery.  From our headquarters to your home, a happy customer every time is our number one priority.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Each piece is hand-crafted per order by the Skyscrapers &   Trees production team, and U.S. orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days. 

You will get a shipping estimate based on the Carrier and Service you select when you check out.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. In addition, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. Someone must be present to sign for your package. If no one is present to sign for your package, another delivery is attempted on the next business day. Skyscrapers & Trees is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide the correct information before shipment. The customer is responsible for parcels upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, UPS, or DHL, Skyscrapers & Trees is no longer responsible for the package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours; however, it may take longer, depending on the volume. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Parcel Direct International Priority - DDP. Once it leaves the sorting facility, it generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address. Please note that depending on your customs agency, it may take longer than 10-21 business days. 

Someone must be present to sign for your package. If no one is present to sign for your package, another delivery is attempted on the next business day.

Skyscrapers & Trees is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide the correct information before shipment. The customer is responsible for parcels upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by DHL, Skyscrapers & Trees is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.

CUSTOMS: Customs duty and import taxes may occur when receiving goods from a different country. 

Duties and taxes are paid on behalf of Skyscrapers & Trees with our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. If you are charged duties/taxes upon delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us for reimbursement via Store Credit (Receipt of payment made will be required).

If you reject your package or if your local customs agency rejects it, we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back at our fulfillment center.
